Introduction
Hello and thank you for visiting The Complete AliShanMao Beginners Guide to RC FPV flying page. In this guide you will find everything that you need to start doing FPV. We will guide your from scratch, and take you from very beginning with basic concepts to successfully flying long range FPV in no time at all.
What is FPV?
All of us come to this world with one common dream, the dream of flying in the skies like a bird. Some can afford to make it come true by learning to Fly Real planes and becoming pilot and some just can sit there and dream about it. Well now with the RC Technology taking a leap into next phase has made it very easy to make our flying dream come true the other way. FPV, the First Person View flying is where you use a RC Plane, put a camera in the cockpit or nose of the plane that transmits live video back to ground Video Receiver, and you look at this video using video goggles. You fly your RC plane by looking into your video goggles the live video coming from your RC plane and you control your plane to where you want to go, how high you want to go, how low you want to fly, the way you love to fly. When you put on video goggles, you start seeing through the eye of the camera you put in your RC plane and you instantly transport yourself into the seat of a pilot in your RC Plane. The feeling is so real that it makes your flying dream come true and instantly you fall in love for this kind of flying. This is as real as it can get to real flying. Only thing missing is the G Forces that you can’t feel as you are on the ground but again this is the safest way to experience the flight for as real as it is without even putting yourself and your life to dangerous crashes of Flights.

Why am I doing this FPV Guide?
I have started doing FPV from very beginning when I did not even know how to set a system up. I am now flying long range FPV with 2500$ worth Equipment onboard and I’d say I have come a long way in this field. I have faced all those difficulties and have gone through all those questions that a Beginner RC pilot has in his/her mind. And I know the feeling of extreme confusion when you want to start doing FPV and you see so much info from different sites about FPV, so many different views, 100s of sites selling their equipment calling it the best, but no actual help or no complete step by step simple and easy to follow guide on how to setup a FPV system and start doing it.
I therefore decided not to let the new FPV pilots or those who are deciding to do FPV suffer from all of the above and put down this Simple, easy to follow, step by step Complete AliShanMao Guide to RC FPV Flying so that not only they can find all the info at one place, but also they will be able to understand the very basic concepts of FPV and its equipment, learn to order the right equipment from different places and put a FPV system together in no time all by themselves following this simple easy to follow guide as per their FPV requirements.
